Welcome to SCC Performance
We appreciate your visit to SCC Performance and hope you enjoy browsing our vehicle parts website. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent personal service. If you have any feedback to help us improve, we’d love to hear from you.

1. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit and debit cards. However, we do not accept Diners Club cards.

All parts remain the property of SCC Performance until full payment has been received and cleared.

2. Pricing & Availability
While we aim to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing mistake or an increase in supplier costs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to proceed at the updated price or receive a full refund.

3. Website Stock Information
Our website does not display live stock levels, including stock availability at our suppliers. If you would like to check stock before placing an order, please contact us with the part number.

If an item you order is no longer available, we will notify you and either issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

4. Delivery Charges & Shipping
Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Final charges are shown at checkout.
International Shipping: Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. SCC Performance is not responsible for postal delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Schedule
If an item is in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within two working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Order Acceptance, Contract Formation & Cancellation
Placing an order and making payment does not constitute a binding contract between you and SCC Performance. Your order is an offer to purchase goods, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
A contract is only formed once we have processed and accepted your order, at which point you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before acceptance, particularly in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or supplier price changes. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about an order. If you need to return an item, please ensure:

The item has not been fitted and remains in resaleable condition.
Special order products may not be returnable for credit—please email us to confirm before purchasing.
When returning goods, we recommend using delivery insurance, as SCC Performance is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please notify us by email when sending returns. Full return details are available in the Returns Policy section of our website.

8. Contact Details & Privacy
Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing an order. We do not send unsolicited emails but may need to contact you regarding your purchase.
