Terms of Sale

We welcome you to SCC Performance and hope you enjoy browsing our vehicle parts website. We would like you to know we value all of our customers and aim to give them an excellent personal service. If you have any feedback to help us improve and better ourselves please let us know as we would love to hear from you.

Payment

Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept Visa / Mastercard and American Express, most credit cards and debit cards but not Diners.

Please note all Parts remain the property of SCC until paid for in Full.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on weight and the location they are being shipped to. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.

International Shipping

Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.

Specially Ordered Products

Specially ordered products maynot be returnable for credit, Please email us to check.

Delivery Schedule

When products are in stock your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). We will always advise if there is likely to be a delay ( when an item is temporarily out of stock).

We understand that mistakes are sometimes made when choosing colours or sizes, or if you recieve your item's and are not as keen on them as you had wished we can take them back provided they have not been fitted and are in a re-saleable condition.

When returning goods we reccomend you obtain delivery insurance as we will not be responisble for goods lost in transit. We would also appreciate an email to let us know when goods are being returned. Please see the returns area for further details.

Website Stock

The SCC Webshop does not show live stock or stock at our suppliers, If you wish to know if the product is available please contact us with the part number to check before ordering.

If you order and the part is no longer available we will inform you and refund or offer an alternative option.

To enquire about having any of our products listed on this website fitted or intalled to your vehicle. Please call our workshop in St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK on: 01727867747. In addition to part fitting we also carry out Servicing, MOTS, Diagnostics & Repairs.
