Delivery Information

We will always endeavour to deliver your order to you within 2 working days from time of dispatch. This is provided the goods are in stock at the time of the order, unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page or we telephoned/e-mailed you advising you of a delay.

The courier tried to deliver but I wasn't in

The delivery driver will leave a card saying that he has made a delivery attempt. You can call your local depot (the telephone number should appear on the card) and arrange a time for a second delivery. Alternatively you can collect your items from your local depot yourself...

Overdue delivery

We do ask you to allow up to 4 working days for courier deliveries. If your goods still have not appeared after that time please e-mail or telephone us.

I have received the wrong part

If something is not right about the goods that you have received please e-mail us or telephone us. We will aim rectify the situation immediately.

Only received part of your order?

If at the time of your order we only have some of your items in stock, you may receive your parts at different times. This isn’t anything to worry about, it just means that some parts are being sent direct from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time. If you do not receive your missing parts within the next couple of days please contact us.

I haven’t received an invoice

Sometimes if a product is being sent direct from the manufactures an invoice will not be included in the parcel. You should receive an invoice by mail a few days later. If you do not receive an invoice please e-mail us.

Help, my goods have arrived damaged!

Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit. We always inspect the products before we pack them but after they leave our hands accidents can happen. Please sign the delivery docket with the driver damaged if the outer packaging looks damaged in any way. We then ask you to inspect good's upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 24 working hours. If the goods have been damaged in transit and are faulty we reserve the right to replace the product. We will of course arrange a collection for the damaged part's and arrange a replacement's ASAP. Please keep all packaging and do not try to fit the damaged parts.

International Orders
We use various couriers to ship items ordered to international addresses to help keep costs down. Our website automatically calculates this cost when you enter your address. We are constantly updating our shipping cost calculations in the website, but despite this they are subject to change after the point of purchase if there is a significant increased cost to us.

Our website will automatically remove VAT from your order if this is required to your address. You will receive an invoice showing no VAT after your order is completed.

The customer is responsible for all duties, charges and import taxes.

In the event of an order being returned to us, due to incorrect address information, a failed import tax / duty payment or for any other reason. We are not responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us. We are not responsible for the cost of re-sending items. If your item is returned for one of these reasons and you would like a refund, this refund will be less any costs incurred in the process of returning the product to us, and we will not process the refund until the product is physically back with us.

If an extremely high shipping cost is encountered during the cart process, or no shipping option is available, we will need to do a custom shipping quote for you. Please email us through the contact page.
