Description

Focus RS MK2 Intake Pipe (Cross Over Pipe)
We have developed two versions of this air intake pipe.

Both benefit from being manufactured from strong lightweight 6063 aluminium and skilfully TIG welded together (Welds removed for a clean smooth look). Both have Laser cut mounting brackets and CNC machined MAF boss which makes this pipe a simple plug in fitment. They also both make the installation of a 3'' bore air filter possible, which is much more suitable to tuned RS's.
The difference is the Diameter;

- One is a straight replacement mimicking the same diameter bore at the turbo end with 3" on the air filter end.

- The other has a 3" bore thought out to increase intake volume. Please note MAF sensor will need to be re-calibrated with this pipe due to the larger internal bore. This could be used in conjunction with larger turbo kits

Both are an easy upgrade to the engine bay and great visual part to replace the ugly OE plastic pipe.

This kit can be fitted without any modifications to the car and is therefore totally reversible.

Available in either satin silver, satin black or mirror polished.
