Road Series – for Road and fast Road use.

POWERFLEX Road Series bushes improve your cars’ road holding and chassis performance by controlling the amount of unwanted flex in the suspension. This means the suspension is doing what it is supposed to. It means your tyres have greater contact with the road at all times, therefore, improving safety and performance. Correctly formulated polyurethane is as good if not better at noise, vibration and harshness suppression when compared to worn rubber. Our Road bushes offer Prolonged tyre life, Improved performance, Increase safety, Greater cost-effectiveness.

Fitting Instructions:
1. Remove the front wishbone from the vehicle.
2. Using a workshop press and suitable adapters,
push the original bush (including plastic outer
shell) out of the arm. This will require snapping
the top lip of the outer shell off.
3. File away any burrs or sharp edges from the
bore and edges of the wishbone, and clean the
bore of any dirt/rust.
4. Using a small amount of dish soap as lubricant,
press the polyurethane bush into the wishbone,
with the engraving on the top side of the
wishbone (Figure 1).
5. Apply the supplied grease to the outside of the
stainless steel sleeve and the inside of the bush.
6. Push the sleeve into the bush.
7. Refit the wishbone to the vehicle, ensuring to
tighten all hardware to manufacturer's
recommended torque settings.
