Helix Twin Plate Organic Clutch Kit With Single Mass Flywheel, Up To 525 lb/ft

Helix Twin Plate Clutch and Flywheel Kits offer a significant increase in torque capacity over Helix single plate clutches, whilst still maintaining pleasant pedal feel. The included single mass flywheel offers a more eager engine and easier shifting.

A multi-plate clutch offers significantly increased torque capacity, but because multiple plates are used, the clutch pedal can stay light and easy to drive. Helix offer a choice of organic, for the ultimate combination of big torque capacity and ease of use, or multi-plate cerametallic paddle for big torque and power figures.

Helix include their own high quality uprated clutch cover. They carefully match the clutch kit so the cover is up to the increased torque limit, giving you peace of mind that the clutch will be up to the job.

Kits are supplied with a suitable release bearing.

Helix also include a lightweight Chromoly steel flywheel. Chromoly is steel alloyed with Chromium and Molybdenum. This gives it excellent resistance to heat and makes it lighter than normal steel. A lightweight flywheel will remove weight from the driveline making the engine more eager to rev up and down. This both improves driving feel and makes quick gear changes easier, with less "gear hang" in evidence. Perfect for heel & toe.
