Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2012 onwards Ford Transit Custom LWB van, fitting snugly over the wheel arch. Supplied as a pair the two racks can be joined together to create a continuous storage solution that fits the full length of the driver’s side perfectly using a 1000mm Festool front section rack and a 1165mm rear compartment rack. Built with 12 separate sections you have ample room to carry tools and equipment in the rear rack unit plus four shelves specifically designed to house Festool storage boxes.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design:

The van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and it should take you around 10 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.
