Description

As the standard ECU housing in the front wheel arch is only large enough for the standard ECU, it is impossible to house upgraded components effectively. When upgrading to Syvecs management, the standard plastic housing will not accommodate the hardware resulting in a standard ECU box being modified to try and fit the larger module.

Water and dirt ingress is highly undesirable, as it will very quickly cause corrosion and most likely lead to poor electrical contact. As these are very expensive components, we chose to create this all-alloy upgrade which not only protects the equipment properly but also has a much-increased capacity.

This allows further Syvecs modules to be added as required and fits neatly into the original location. No additional drilling or cutting is required to install the new housing, it is a simple installation and provides a total “fit & forget” solution whilst ensuring your ECU is protected.
