Description

The ZERONINE Design carbon induction kit for Mk3 Focus ST (Facelift model) and Focus RS features a beautifully engineered HVF (High Volume Flow) carbon fibre air filter housing, which thanks to its natural heat-resistant properties and combined with the supplied dual-entry air filter, provides virtually un-compromised airflow to your 2-litre / 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine, respectively.

This kit includes an enlarged 73.5mm bore matt-finish carbon fibre filter assembly that evenly distributes cold air being drawn in from the dual-entry air filter and factory front air feed, as well as acting as a thermal barrier, shielding the filter from unwanted engine bay heat.

In addition to the front feed, this kit also includes a lower hose which mounts to a cold air entry point in the bottom of the heat shield and picks up an additional cold air feed from a low-pressure area behind the bumper.

The ZERONINE Design carbon assembly is fully rubber mounted to provide compliance to the native engine movement, preventing unwanted interference or rubbing and is supplied with a full installation kit for hassle-free fitting.

Designed to deliver the ultimate open-cone solution for owners wanting maximum performance, an engineered acoustic output and unrivalled aesthetic improvements.

Note: as carbon fibre is a man-made manufacturing process, small differences in the finish of parts is considered completely normal.
