Developed entirely in-house by 09Design’s calibration engineers, this upgrade consists of two additional performance calibrations that transform your vehicle’s performance from the factory 290bhp / 360FtLb to an impressive 390bhp / 445FtLb when running our Stage 01 calibration and 419bhp / 487FtLb when running our Stage 01+.

Our software is developed by experienced calibration engineers with OEM and aftermarket backgrounds, extensively tested on-road and off-road over thousands of miles in multiple environments. Each calibration remap is refined for optimal reliability, performance, and drivability across varied fuel grades and driving styles.

Because we control development end-to-end, we can also provide custom adaptations to suit customer preferences or vehicles fitted with performance hardware such as intercoolers or intakes.

Installation and setup are completed using the HP Tuners OBD adaptor and 09D/HP companion app called Tune Delivery
Network (TDN), which you can download from all major app stores.

The ZERONINE DESIGN Stage 01 performance calibration delivers a substantial, yet safe increase in power and torque across the rev-range.

Dyno-verified gains of upto 85Ftlb and 100HP transform the driving dynamics when compared to the OE calibration, transforming your Ranger Raptor into the truck you really wanted from the factory!

With access to 97RON+ fuels we're able to further optimise the performance extracted from the 3.0 V6 EcoBoost engine and when updated to our Stage 01+ HO calibration gains of upto 129bhp and 127LbFt allow you to take performance to the next level.

Power output may vary based on individual vehicle condition, fuel grade and method of dynamometer testing.

THE POWER'S IN YOUR HANDS

Quite literally in this case, as the ZERONINE DESIGN FLASHlink upgrade allows you to easily DIY install and update calibrations to your ECU using nothing more than our HP Tuners partner app, the supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your Smartphone; no laptop, cables or handset required.

The latest version of FLASHlink also provides additional functionality allowing you to select configurable gauge displays using the OBD data-stream, carry out comprehensive data-logging and there's also a built-in performance meter for good measure.

This upgrade is supplied with two performance calibrations, Stage 01 and Stage 01+ High Output and there's also the addition of an immobiliser calibration which as the name suggests prevents the vehicle from being started and driven when enabled.
