Due to popular demand of the Yaris GR with enthusiasts and its performance potential showing in the market, it was time to offer the ultimate solution when it comes to cooling your Charge air, this is where we come in, offering the absolute best option available on the market with the only true 1 piece stepped core construction intercooler available!
With our all-new hand-made lightweight fabricated design and first ever built in-house stepped core intercooler we have produced, our GR intercooler is by no doubt the true real world performer. Our PRO stepped one-piece core outshines any other stepped coolers available due to its true single construction as opposed to 2 cores stuck together causing havoc for internal flow characteristics. We solved this by ensuring the centre of our core not having this obstruction but also enabling us to add another intercooler tube for even more internal volume and building the core in one with a much more challenging for us to worry about but the gains and benefits to our users being the true goal.

Zero cutting or modifications required to your Yaris GR to fit this Aftermarket intercooler whilst utilising the original mounting points as well.
This kit also works for the Circuit Pack GR’s and allows the extra ducting to be used alongside the PRO intercooler.
Inlet and outlet ports have been increased to 60mm to allow future proofing of the application for when the OEM boost pipes become restrictive when increasing output power, you are able to then replace these with our all-new tapered boost pipe kit for those running extra power to marry-up perfectly with the 60mm ports. Ur gentle tapered alloy boost pipe ensures the airflow has no obstructions or turbulence prior to entering the throttle body.
The intercooler kit only is supplied with 2x custom silicone link hoses to work with OEM pipework.
The boost pipe kit comes with silicone joiners to directly join to the turbo outlet, then to intercooler, form intercooler to the throttle body inlet pipe. OUR boost pipe kit DOES NOT work with the standard intercooler unit and requires OUR intercooler for perfect fitment but may fit other aftermarket units with some extra work.
