mTune SMARTflash m330 to m365 Upgrade [Mk4 Focus ST]

This option is for you if you're an existing m330 SMARTflash customer that wants to take advantage of the enhanced power and torque output of the m365 calibration.

The mountune m365 power upgrade for the manual Mk4 Focus ST takes power and torque to another level, delivering effortless performance, even more drivability and a soundtrack that really befits Ford's flagship ST model.

Utilising the required, carefully engineered hardware upgrades to reduce a substantial bottleneck in the exhaust system, the m365 calibration fully optimises this available headway and increases peak power to 365PS, with torque raised to a substantial 560Nm.

As with the previous m330 release, for optimum performance, engine efficiency and reliability, the following hardware should be installed when migrating to m365:

3" downpipe sports cat
3" Sport GPF


Recommended in addition to the above:

3" GPF-back exhaust system


The m365 SMARTflash upgrade includes the performance calibrations with the following features:

  • m365 performance calibration
  • Increased power and torque (up to 365PS / 560Nm)
  • More aggressive launch control strategy
  • Enhanced audible exhaust output in Sport / Track modes
  • Optimised no-lift shift functionality


Important please read: In order to achieve and maintain the optimised performance and reliability, the m365 calibration should only be used in conjunction with the hardware listed and be used with 97RON+ fuel where possible.

Please specify your vehicle VIN in the notes section when checking out and if the email used to make this purchase is different to the one used for your original m330 purchase, please also supply that to ensure the industrialised calibration to support your vehicle is created and sent to you correctly. We will not be able to process your order without this information in advance.

The file emailed to you can then be opened via the SMARTflash app and installed to your ECU, as is the case with all previous calibration updates using your OBD bluetooth adaptor.

You will already require an m330 SMARTflash upgrade / app, to be able to install this companion calibration.

Installing the m365 calibration without the correct hardware may result in failure to achieve the quoted power / torque figures, abnormal running, detrimental fuel consumption or engine warning light illumination or, in extreme circumstances, damage to and / or failure of the engine. in any such instance no warranty is offered or implied by mountune.
